New Horizons Design is located in Clearfield, Pennsylvania and is owned by Victor M. Ordonez.  Mr. Ordonez has over eight years experience in the industry designing sites for the University of Michigan Marching Band, Amon, Shimmel & Walsh, Burleigh Real Estate, The Clearfield County Fair, and The Clearfield County Industrial Development Authority and Economic Development Corporation
